Domestic and International Shipping Charges
Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. | Once shipped orders cannot be re-routed to a different address. If a package is returned undelivered by the carrier, any shipping charges paid are non-refundable and a new outbound shipping fees will need to be paid before we can re-ship. hello@swancourtlimited.com

Please include what item(s) you would like to order and quantity, along with the ship to address. We will get back to you with the shipping cost and instructions on how to place an order for pillow inserts to your address in Alaska or Hawaii. Pillow covers ship free to Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is available by contacting hello@swancourtlimited.com for a quote. Please include what item(s) you would like to order and quantity, along with the ship to address. We will get back to you with the shipping costs and instructions on how to place an international order.

Return Policiy
Pillow Covers are handmade to order and therefore are not returnable. There is a 24 cancellation period in which you may cancel or change your order. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation since your order will have begun the production process. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. Pillow fabric swatches are available prior to placing a custom order and are highly recommended. Please reach out to us with any questions! hello@swancourtlimited.com
Pillow Inserts that have not been used may be returned if we are contacted with 5 days of receipt of merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping inserts back to Swan Court Limited within one week of return approval. If you have questions about which size insert to order for your Swan Court Limited pillow covers, please contact hello@swancourtlimited.com or refer to our pillow insert sizing chart at the bottom of the insert listing.
Wallpaper and Fabric is shipped directly from the manufacturer and is non-returnable. Samples are available prior to placing a product order and are highly recommended. The same dye lot may not be available when placing re-orders for additional wallpaper or fabric, so be sure to order a sufficient amount for your project!
Drapery Tiebacks are returnable within 10 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible to ship the merchandise back to Swan Court Limited within 5 days of return approval. Please contact us to initiate a return. hello@swancourtlimited.com

How do I know if I need to order an insert? When our pillows include the insert the listing will be described as a "pillow". If a pillow insert is not included the listing the title will state "pillow cover". If you have your own inserts that is great, but if they are wimpy, limp, not plump or of less than optimum quality we highly recommend you purchase inserts along with your order. We will be sure you have the correct size and stuff the pillow for you before shipping, ensuring a perfect fit!
About Swan Court
In the 80's and 90's my childhood friend Linda Williams and I had a home decor and gift shop, Swan Court, in San Carlos, CA. We also produced a gift line distributed nationally in stores like Neiman Marcus, Crabtree and Evelyn, Victoria's Secret, Bloomingdale's, and many, many more. Eventually we both chose to move to rural communities to raise our families, have horses and animals, and enjoy all life has to offer in the wide open spaces. Now after 20 years my family is grown and I find myself returning to a past love; sewing, creating, working with color and texture. My daughter who spent her early years with her sister and Linda's daughter, playing "display" rather than "house" and I are partners in crime. Scouring the world for the patterns, textures and details that move us. We live for and believe in the power of a well designed space. And what we love even more, is sharing our passion for the home with others.
