Pillow Covers are handmade to order and therefore are not returnable. There is a 24 cancellation period in which you may cancel or change your order. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation since your order will have begun the production process. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. Pillow Inserts that have not been used may be returned if we are contacted with 5 days of receipt of merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping inserts back to Swan Court Limited within one week of return approval. Wallpaper and Fabric is shipped directly from the manufacturer and is non-returnable. Samples are available prior to placing a product order and are highly recommended. The same dye lot may not be available when placing re-orders for additional wallpaper or fabric, so be sure to order a sufficient amount for your project!
Drapery Tiebacks are returnable within 10 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible to ship the merchandise back to Swan Court Limited within 5 days of return approval. Please contact us to initiate a return. hello@swancourtlimited.com
